Commentary:

This is an interview in the form of an audio podcast of Dr. Hujoel, who is a a research professor of oral health sciences at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.  The podcast was published on a popular low carb blog called Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb.  The interview is by Jimmy Moore, the webmaster.   As we’ve known for a long time, sugar is bad for your teeth, and sugar is essentially a simple carbohydrate, so this makes perfect sense.  The carbohydrates many of us eat, according to Dr. Hujoel, have a negative impact on our oral health.
