Commentary:
Buzz Aldrin, the second man on the moon, used this toothbrush on the Apollo 11 mission to the moon between July 16 and July 24, 1969. The estimate is that the toothbrush will fetch $18,000 to $24,000 in the auction, which is being held online and which will end April 17th. The opening bid was $9,000 so the action has begun.
The toothbrush was manufactured by Lactona, a Dutch company.
