Commentary:
You’ve heard about the importance of flossing before but this topic is too important to NOT mention every now and then. This article provides a good perspective on why we all should floss daily. The body resists the presence of bacteria in the mouth by fighting off the bacteria, which inflames gum tissue. Long term inflammation of the gums leads, in turn, to a number of health problems. Daily flossing, which is a powerful way to keep germs from flourishing in your mouth, is the best solution, so please do your best to develop this healthy habit.
